



I had the same question you did, and used the above contact point. You can contact the HP executive team at the link below and address your concerns to them. Nobody here can explain that to you, since this is a peer to peer forum. My three other PCs updated to 1809 months ago, all of which are non-HP products. I am so sorry I bought this laptop from HP. WHy can't HP customize it and release it? The Intel version was released 6 months ago. It has now been a years since there has been a major updrade of graphics drivers. I realize there are ways around this, but I want the tested, certifued by HP versions. HP customizes the Intel drivers and the update process recognizes that customized drivers are installed and will not allow them to be overwritten/updated. You cannot use the Intel released version. Without upgraded drivers my machine cannot be upgraded to Feature Release 1809 (September of 2018) much less Feature Release 1903 which should be out any day. We are stuck at Windows 10 Feature Release 1803 (March of 2018).
